Brett is a retail investment specialist and member of the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in working with owners of multi-tenant retail centers throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States. Brett focuses on cultivating long-term relationships with his clients by adding value to them throughout the ownership continuum. Brett leverages his market knowledge and deep understanding of his clients’ objectives to effectively advise them through any real estate investment decisions.
Brett is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he earned a Bachelor of General Studies in Business and Economics. In addition to his academics, Brett was a four year letterman on the University of Michigan’s Division I Baseball Team.
