Julian is a Net Leased investment specialist whose primary focus is Net Leased Industrial properties across the United States. Julian emphasizes cultivating long term relationships with his clients through his extensive knowledge of the Net Leased Industrial market, underwriting expertise, and deep understanding of the client’s goals. All of which enable him to add value to clients immediately in the acquisition and disposition of their assets and in the long term over the course of their real estate ownership.
Julian is a graduate of The University of Dayton in Dayton, OH where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management. In his free time Julian enjoys working out, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
