Lucio is a single-tenant net-leased investment sales specialist focusing on automotive properties, specifically collision centers, across the United States. He helps owners understand what their assets are worth, how their lease and tenant affect value, and where they stand in the market, so they can make confident decisions about their assets.
Lucio is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where he wrestled collegiately and served as team captain. He’s wrestled his whole life, and the discipline, accountability, and competitive drive the sport demands show up in how he works for his clients.
When he’s not working on deals, Lucio enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and spending time with friends and family.
